Even this morning bags of food were still arriving!
The rough estimate is 13,000 lbs of food are sitting in the Hudson Alpha Institute atrium. But there is more to come as cash donations are being tallied. Our volunteers are going to be packing up the food and getting an accurate account. On Thursday, we'll have the final cash compiled and presented to the Jimani Project for the direct purchase of food. I think we will easily top the 15,000 lbs mark, can we hit 20? We'll know on Thursday.
